  • Provide technical assistance:
    • Assist technical team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    • Help set up and maintain technical equipment, such as computers, printers, and other devices.
    • Perform basic software installations and updates.
  • Administrative support:
    • Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
    • Maintain organized records of technical documents, drawings, and manuals.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for the technical team.
  • Data management:
    • Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and technical records.
    • Collect and compile technical data and prepare regular reports as needed.
  • Communication:
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in coordinating communication within the technical team and across departments.
  • Project assistance:
    • Assist in project coordination, including tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
    • Help gather and compile project-related information for presentations and meetings.
  • Office organization:
    • Maintain the organization of technical supplies, materials, and equipment.
    • Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Training and orientation:
    • Assist in onboarding new technical team members by providing orientation and training on office procedures and tools.
  • Problem-solving:
    • Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement process improvements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or administrative role is a plus.
  • Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
  • Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls
